Star Harbottle, LPC

Hi! I’m Star Harbottle. With over a decade of marriage and the joy of raising two energetic daughters, I am deeply rooted in both family life and personal growth. My passion for the outdoors is reflected in my hobbies, which include hiking, gardening, cycling, and running. I also cherish quiet moments spent with a good book and a cup of coffee.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health from John Brown University. My extensive experience includes working with children aged 6-15 and their families in a school-based setting. I am particularly passionate about helping children and young adults discover their voices and strengths, and I find great fulfillment in supporting families through the challenges of early childhood and adolescence. Additionally, my experience as a stay-at-home mom has fostered a special interest in serving new and expectant mothers.

In my practice, I primarily employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with experiential techniques to create a therapeutic environment that is both engaging and meaningful. My personal background provides me with the patience and dedication needed to support others in reaching their full potential. I firmly believe in the inherent worth and purpose of every individual and would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey to discovering yours.
